“Sabzi” in Urdu and Hindi means vegetable. These dishes are suitable for vegetarians. If you replace the milk products with vegan friendly cream or yogurt then they are also suitable for vegans. In the Indian subcontinent, Sabzi is not usually sold in super markets but by street vendors who will push carts around the narrow streets chanting their arrival. Hearing their chants people will buy fresh sabzi every day and if you are living in an apartment building then drop a basket tied to a rope and collect your sabzi. Most people will have a running account with the vendors who will be paid end of the month. Each of our recipes are authentic and cooked with the traditional method of layering the spices. Even if you are not a veg lover, you will be converted after tasting these incredible recipes. Some of the dishes may sound the same as in your local restaurants but the taste is very different as we take pride in bringing traditional and authentic home recipes passed down from generations.

Each dish serves two people and is tailored to a mild to medium heat, though all come with an optional extra "hot packet" for those who like it hot!
