Many curries are complimented by plain boiled rice rather then spicy rice like Biryani or Pilau rice. Tarka Zeera rice is a variant recipe for plain rice. Instead of getting plain boiled rice, we add a few simple spices which elevates this simple dish into a tasty treat.
