Mza marinades are inspired from the unique tastes and ingredients of the Indian subcontinent. These recipes are unique to Mza. We have taken one flavour or ingredient and raised it to an altogether different level.
This marinade is inspired from the unique taste that you get from Tandoori cooking. Tandoor or the clay oven is a flask shaped over five foot deep pit lined with clay and heated with charcoal. It generates tremendous amount of heat and is widely used to cook meat and naan breads. Use our spice kit as a marinade with yogurt or simply rub on the meat. Ideal for BBQing, oven cooking or simply fry.

Salt, Kashmiri chilli powder, Red food colouring, Black salt, Tandoori masala, Chilli flakes.
