This recipe makes a delicious curry with a soup like texture and very tender meat. Tailored for mild to moderate spice but comes with an extra packet to make it spicier.

This curry is widely served in pop ups, mobile vendors and restaurants on the railway stations around South East Asia. A delicious wholesome dish. Traditionally made from mutton but lamb is equally good.

Stunning and Flavourful!!!

I made this dish using shoulder of lamb diced and it was wonderful- the flavours were amazing and had depth and warmth but not overpowering. Will definitely be making it again - so simple, no fuss and served with naan bread to mop up the delicious gravy!!
