An all time favourite dish from Punjab. It is very different from other types of daal dishes as the lentil selection is different. Daal is usually an accompaniment with other dishes like meat but Daal Makhani is a dish on its own. The spices used in making this dish should not over power the taste and flavour of the lentil.

Loved the Daal curry

Lovely creamy daal and chickpea curry - great fun to make and beautiful aroma in the kitchen when roasting spices and cooking the curry. Accompanied by simple plain boiled basmati rice and garnished with fresh coriander!
