This recipe makes a very creamy and rich curry. Tailored for mild to moderate spice but comes with an extra packet to make it spicier.

Paneer is an acidic milk curd cheese derived from full fat milk of cows and buffaloes. It is used in Indian and few middle Eastern recipes. Although soft, when not cooked, but does not melt when heated. It tastes different from conventional cheeses with a distinct earthy taste.
