One of the best known starters in Indian cooking. Bhajia and Pakoras are the same and can be cooked with many different vegetables. You have an option of adding finely sliced potatoes, peppers, spinach, carrots, spice stuffed chillis or a combination of these with our spice mix and gram flour. Growing up I have lovely memories of my Mum cooking these as a treat on a rare rainy day.
