This recipe makes a delicious and rich curry in a very creamy sause. It is tailored for mild to moderate spice but comes with an extra packet to make it spicier.
Murgh or Chicken Makhani or Butter like chicken originates in the Hindukush mountain range of South East Asia. A very warming dish especially in cold winter nights which was traditionally cooked in a deep clay pot or Balti. We use a wok or a deep pan.
