A delicious Basmati rice dish in which the rice should be soft and tender but fluffy which each grain of rice separate.
Traditionally pilau rice is made from lamb or mutton. Pea pilau is a vegetarian version of this rice. The rice is spiced with traditional whole and ground spices which gives it a lovely flavour. This is different and more flavoursome then the pilau rice we get in most Indian restaurants in UK.
