We love our keema curry. This recipe brings all the taste and flavour of classic mince. It is a staple diet of the people living in the northern mountainous regions of the sub-continent, the Hindu Kush. It is traditionally cooked in a Karhai which is a thick rot iron wok. You can use an ordinary wok or deep frying pan preferable with a lid.
