A moist dish without too much gravy. Tender mince meat is tailored for mild to moderate spice but comes with an extra packet to make it spicier.

We love our keema curry. This recipe brings all the taste and flavour of classic mince. It is a staple diet of the people living in the northern mountainous regions of the sub-continent, the Hindu Kush. It is traditionally cooked in a Karhai which is a thick rot iron wok. You can use an ordinary wok or deep frying pan preferable with a lid.

Great flavours

This was the second dish I have made from mza and as before was full of flavours, just as an authentic curry should be, easy to make and great paired with a chapati I highly recommend.
