This recipe makes a thick, rich creamy gravy which is tailored for mild to moderate spice but comes with an extra packet to make it spicier.
This aromatic and spicy dish originates from the beautiful Kashmir. This area is also called “Paradise on Earth” due to its lush mountains and valleys where natural springs are in abundance and two mighty rivers carve their way between the hills. This dish is traditionally cooked in the Tandoor or the clay oven. We have tried to keep the traditional taste of this dish without the use of a clay oven.
