There are two cities named Hyderabad. One in Pakistan which is called only Hyderabad and the other one in India called Hyderabad Dakkan. Hyderabadi cuisine originates in the later city. The recipes from this city are unique but not served in many restaurants which we think is a shame as the taste is so incredible that you would not have eaten dishes like this before!!


Each dish serves two people and is tailored to a mild to medium heat, though all come with an optional extra "hot packet" for those who like it hot!
