A traditional Sudanese flat bread ideal to pick on dishes like stews. It is doughy and resembles very much like a thick tortilla bread.
Please note that these are not ready made breads, we provide the recipe card on how to make these breads and the dry ingredients that go into the flour. You will need to purchase your own flour and wet ingredients like cooking oil, butter, etc.
Makes about 2 flatbreads.
