Mza marinades are inspired from the unique tastes and ingredients of the Indian subcontinent. These recipes are unique to Mza. We have taken one flavour or ingredient and raised it to an altogether different level.
Street vendours go around on small push carts selling a treat called “Chooran”. This very tangy and sometimes sweet and sour dish is wrapped in paper cut out from old newspapers. These tangy delights get their unique taste predominantly from Black Salt. This marinade is inspired from my chilhood memories of sharing chooran with my siblings. Trying to hide this from our parents was not easy with stained tongues. Use our spice kit as a marinade with yogurt or simply rub on the meat. Ideal for BBQing, oven cooking or simply fry.

Black salt, Salt, Amchoor, Cumin, Chilli powder, black peppercorn.
