This vegan dish is moist but without too much gravy with soft tender potatoes. It is tailored for mild to moderate spice but comes with an extra packet to make it spicier.

Aloo Methi is one of the most popular dishes in South East Asia. Qusori Methi or Dried Qusori Fenugreek leaves are highly fragrant and gives this dish a gorgeous taste.  Frequently eaten at breakfast with Poori bread, Semolina halwa and chickpea curry. Lovely vegetarian dish

Such a nice light dish, flavours were soo good and I enjoyed making it. Smelling the aromas while cooking made me hungry so couldn’t wait to tuck in.
