We all know the dish called Bombay potatoes which originated in the city of Mumbai (previously known as Bombay). Aloo Katalian is a very flavoursome but a humble dish which originated west of Bombay from the multi-cultural city of Karachi.

My favourite potato dish!

Stunning flavours, I had never tried this dish before but it is now definitely one of my favourites!

However, some distributors of spices do claim to use the same facilities to handle nuts, peanuts, sulphite, sesame, mustard, celery and gluten, etc. So please avoid these recipes if you suffer from these allergies.
