Province of Sindh nestles the coast line of the Arabian Sea. Most of the landscape is occupied by desert hence cultivation is limited. Proximity to the major ports of Karachi and Gawadar made this a hot spot for invasions from different civilizations over the centuries. This mix of cultures made this a very rich place for architecture, poetry, pottery, clothing and of course food.
Each dish serves two people and is tailored to a mild to medium heat, though all come with an optional extra "hot packet" for those who like it hot!

Aloo Katalian: Hing (Asafoetida), Cumin seeds, Onion seeds, Fenugreek seeds, Salt, Chilli flakes, Turmeric powder. Sindhi Biryani: Salt, Turmeric powder, Garam masala, Nutmeg powder, Mace, Red dry chilli flakes, Salt, Cinnamon, Pepper corns, Cloves, Dried plums, Yellow food colour. Shami Kebab: Salt , Turmeric powder, Pepper corns, Cloves, Green cardamoms, Black cardamom, Cinnamon stick, Dried red chilli, Bay leaf , Curry leaves, Mustard seeds, (Allergen Mustard), fenugreek seeds, Coriander seeds, Cumin seeds. Saag Gosht: Salt, Garam Masala, Chilli powder, Ground Cumin.
