Aloo gosht or potato meat curry is a very popular dish originating from the Punjab province and one of our favourites on the menu. Rural Punjabi's rely on farming and this dish could serve an entire family without the expense of a pure meat curry as meat is expensive and potatoes are much cheaper and in many cases grown in ones own home or farm.
