This recipe makes a very rich and delicious soup like curry with extremely tender, falling off the bone, red meat. Tailored for mild to moderate spice but comes with an extra packet to make it spicier.
Nehar means morning. This rich and opulent curry originated in the middle East and was brought to the sub continent by the Mughal emperors. Now one of the most popular curries in South East Asia. It is eaten both for breakfast and as a main course for dinner. This curry is traditionally cooked from expensive red meat cuts like Shanks. It is sometimes enriched with chunks of bone marrow. There are many restaurants which are dedicated to this one dish only.
