This kit includes all of the spices and recipe cards to make the following dishes:

The region of Khayber includes the tribal areas of North West Frontier regions of Pakistan which is connected through the mighty Khayber pass with Afghanistan. Land in this region is harsh and people who inhabit this land are tough and brave. Many of them still lead a nomadic lifestyle grazing their livestock over hundreds of miles in search for little food that is available. This makes the game meat very flavoursome and as not many spices are available the reliance is on enhancing the taste of the meat with slow cooking and infusing with few spices to make some most incredible dishes.
Each dish serves two people and is tailored to a mild to medium heat, though all come with an optional extra "hot packet" for those who like it hot!

Baluchi Gosht: Black salt, Amchoor powder, Black pepper, Anardana, Dried red chilli. Karhai Gosht: Salt, Chilli Powder, Black pepper, Turmeric, Cumin seeds. Chapli Kebab: Salt, Carom seeds, White cumin, Black cumin, Dry chilli flakes, Corn flour, Black peppercorns, Coriander, Dried pomegranate seeds. Daal Gosht: Garam masala, Chilli Powder, Coriander powder, Salt.
