This recipe makes a delicious basmati rice dish in which the rice is nice and tender and each grain of rice is separate and not mushy.
A tasty traditional rice dish from the city of Hyderabad in India. This biryani is also called Kacha gosht biryani as the meat is marinated for several hours and is then mainly cooked under the heat of partly boiled rice giving it a lovely tender texture and unique taste to the dish. Although prep time sounds a lot longer but if you marinade the meat in the morning it will take only half an hour to cook in the evening.
