This recipe makes a delicious soup like gravy which is extremely fragrant. Tailored for mild to moderate spice but comes with an extra packet to make it spicier.

This spicy curry is traditionally served at weddings with mutton biryani. This Qorma recipe is very different from the sweet creamy dish which is served in many Indian restaurants in UK. The combination of fragrant whole spices, cardamoms and Kewra water (extract of Pandanus flower) makes this a delicious dish to make at home.
