This is a dry dish tailored for mild to moderate spice but comes with an extra packet to make it spicier.
Baluchistan is a most sparsely populated and very rural area of South East Asia. The dishes cooked here are simple and rustic but very tasty. These dishes are called Sajji and are usually spit roasted on an open coal fire. This is one of our favourite Sajji.
Ingredients included in spice kit:
Black salt, Amchoor powder, Black pepper, Anardana, Dried red chilli.
